| We had to sell our home due to an employment transfer with my Husband’s work. We had a couple interested in purchasing it through a private sale, but backed out of the deal almost a week later. My Husband and I had already found a new home, and put in an offer on it, which was conditional on the sale of our current home. We were now in a bad situation. Without the sale of our home, we would lose the new one. That’s when we decided to call Bob. His reputation is the best in our area, and we were pleased with his work when we purchased our current home. Our home went on the market on a Tuesday morning, and was sold shortly after lunch the same day!! We were pleased with the sale price, and were still able to purchase our new home.
